How long does a survey take?
Most boundary surveys finish within a few days of the site visit, depending on plot size and terrain. Larger engineering jobs — road levelling, topographic mapping, setting out — are scoped individually. We give a clear timeline upfront before any work begins.
What documents should I keep ready?
Typically your title deed, tax receipt, and any existing survey sketch or resurvey records. We'll confirm exactly what's needed for your specific survey when you call.
Do you cover my area?
We're based in Pathanamthitta and work across all 14 Kerala districts — Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Idukki, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur, and Kasaragod. If unsure, just call.
How much does a survey cost?

Do you work with contractors and developers?
Yes. With engineers and surveyors on the same team, we support large infrastructure projects — topographic mapping, road alignment surveys, quantity and BOQ estimation, setting out, and AutoCAD drafting ready for approvals.
What technology do you use?
Total Station, GPS (RTK), and drone for data collection. Outputs are delivered as AutoCAD 2D/3D digital plans where needed — submission-ready for government approvals and project use.
Can you do both the survey and the construction layout?
Yes. Because we have both surveyors and civil engineers on the team, we can handle the full workflow — from initial boundary or topographic survey through to setting out columns and checking alignments during construction.
